As the leading laboratory exhibition and conference in Southeast Asia which focuses highly on scientific instruments and laboratory equipment for various industries, including medical & pharmaceutical, F&B, oil & gas, bioscience and Nano-science, LABASIA is once more expected to draw a record turnout, with 250 participating companies from 10 countries to pull in an expected of over 6,000 regional and international visitors over the event's three-day duration.

As a testament to the event's continuing success and strong relationship with exhibitors, 70% of 2017 edition's participants will once again be present this year, along with exciting new flagship exhibitors that have asserted their dominance in their respective fields.

"LABASIA is the most important meeting point for all players in the scientific and analytical laboratory sector, both suppliers and users, and now it is also becoming an innovation forum. The exhibition will provide the strategic avenue for exhibitors from around the world to showcase their latest products, advanced equipment and new technologies. Since its launch, the event continues to grow, and has been regarded as the right place to engage with quality trade buyers," said Mr. CP Saw, Director of Lab Portfolio (ASEAN), Informa Markets.

After its resounding success in the past editions, LAB ASIA 2019 will once again feature its One2One Business Meeting, a unique platform that enhances the opportunities for both traders and exhibitors to foster meaningful business connections at the exhibition. The programme uses an innovative system to match international exhibitors seeking local distributors with local companies looking to sell world-class scientific instruments and laboratory equipment in Malaysia.

Other features at the event include more than 30 technical seminars from the exhibitors, the 7th ASEAN Conference on Coordination Chemistry (ACCC7) and the 9th Biennial Regional Symposium on Total Laboratory Management (QSEL2019) organised by Institut Kimia Malaysia (IKM).
