The Hon Mick de Brenni MP is the Queensland Minister for Energy and Clean Economy Jobs. With the state’s abundance of natural resources and talented people, Minister de Brenni is dedicated to leveraging these to ensure the renewable energy boom continues to deliver cheaper, cleaner energy for all Queenslanders. He’s a passionate advocate for quality jobs in prosperous communities and has been working with government, community, unions, business and industry to roll out the Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan – the Miles Government’s bold vision for a decarbonised future. He was also the world’s first dedicated Hydrogen Minister and Procurement Minister, tasked with overseeing the development of local supply chains capable of strengthening Queensland businesses and global decarbonisation.
