The Code of Practice for Managing the Risk of Psychosocial Hazards at Work currently applies in many Australian jurisdictions. Most employers have failed to act on implementing the Code at all, or to the degree the law requires. The safety regulators are now issuing improvement notices for failure to comply with the Code and some of our clients have been impacted by this.
