Facebook and American Express to reveal social’s new role in acquisition

Facebook and American Express will reveal how they are addressing the challenges of mobile, which have broken existing marketing tools, and finding new pathways to customers at the Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit. 

Presenting The Last Days of Last Click, American Express' Trudie Newcomb and Facebook's Paul McCrory will show how American Express is learning how to engage with consumers through mobile and the role Facebook has played in recalibrating their digital focus.

They will join other industry leaders at the summit, including Westpac Chief Marketing Officer Martine Jager, IAG Chief Marketing Officer Brent Smart and Google’s Head of Finance Colin Barnard.
