Heather Watson is a partner with McCullough Robertson and leads their Social Infrastructure practice. In this capacity, she acts for a range of public and private philanthropy funds in relation to their structure, compliance and governance. Heather is also a non-executive director for a number of charitable organisations and specifically those with a philanthropic focus, such as: McCullough Robertson Foundation, Epic Good Foundation, and SEFA Partnerships. Recognised for excellence in the advancement of women in the legal profession, Heather was recognised as the ‘Best Australasian Woman in Business Law’ Award in 2013, within the field of corporate governance law and is also listed nationally and internationally. Heather was recently ranked in band 1 for charities law in Chambers and Partners Asia-Pacific 2017 Guide. Heather was nominated as a finalist in the inaugural Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards 2016 in the Pro Bono category.

Cathie Reid is the Co-Founder of Australia’s largest private provider of cancer care, the Icon Group, and serves as Digital Advisor to the Icon Group Board. She is also the Managing Partner of the Epic Pharmacy Group ad Director of the Epic Good Foundation, which brings together the portfolio of philanthropic activities that the Epic Pharmacy Group, she, along with her husband Stuart Giles and their children, are involved with. Cathie was inducted into the Australian Businesswomen’s Hall of Fame in 2015, named one of the Top 100 Women of Influence by the Australian Financial Review in 2013, won a National Telstra Business Women’s Award in 2011, and was recognised by Monash University with a Distinguished Alumni Award for Professional Achievement in 2012.

Christine Crain has worked at senior levels within Queensland Treasury over several years – interrupted by a period of 5 years working on major projects in other public sector organisations, she returned to Treasury in 2013. Christine has extensive experience in leading both operational and large complex programs - including the establishment of the Program Management and Investment Unit within Queensland Health for its $7 billion capital program. Christine’s core expertise lies in program and project management combined with particular skills in business strategy and change management and in mid-2015 was appointed to her current role leading the Queensland Government, Social Benefit Bonds Pilot Program.
